Boots of the Winterlands 5e
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
These furred boots are snug and feel quite warm. While you wear them, you gain the following benefits:
You have resistance to cold damage.
You ignore difficult terrain created by ice or snow.
You can tolerate temperatures as low as -50 degrees Fahrenheit without any additional protection. If you wear heavy clothes, you can tolerate temperatures as low as -100 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Boots of the WInterlands give you resistance to cold damage, let you ignore difficult terrain created by ice or snow, and lets you tolerate extreme colds as low as -100 degree Fahrenheit!
Difficult terrain, both mundane and magical, counts for these boots so long as it’s created by ice or snow.
Ice Storm’s difficult terrain is created by hailstones, which are made of ice, meaning you can move freely through a space that had been Ice Stormed the round prior.
Sleet Storm, too, creates its difficult terrain with ice, but you’ll still need to make the save or fall prone when you enter the spell’s area or start your turn in it.
Cold is one of the more common spell-based damage types, with common hits like Cone of Cold and Ice Knife, making the resistance fairly appealing against magical enemies.
