Boots of Striding and Springing 5e
Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
While you wear these boots, your walking speed becomes 30 feet, unless your walking speed is higher, and your speed isn't reduced if you are encumbered or wearing heavy armor. In addition, you can jump three times the normal distance, though you can't jump farther than your remaining movement would allow.

Boots of Striding and Springing are basically a Jump spell on you, all the time! If you’re a smaller race, this will increase your speed up from 25 to 30, and also makes wearing heavy armor or being encumbered no longer a speed problem. Neat!
Your normal jump distance is determined in four ways: Running Long Jump, Long Jump, Running High Jump, and High Jump.
Running Long and High Jumps both require you move at least 10 feet immediately prior to the jump.
A Running Long Jump allows you to cover a distance equal to your Strength score, no ability check required.
A Running High Jump lets you leap vertically 3 + your Strength modifier feet upwards, and lets you reach that distance + 1 and a half times your height by reaching out with your arms.
When made without the running start, both the long and high jump travel half the distance.
Even with Boots of Striding and Springing, you can’t jump further than your speed.
