Winged Boots 5e
Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
While you wear these boots, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the boots to fly for up to 4 hours, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.
The boots regain 2 hours of flying capability for every 12 hours they aren't in use.

If you crave flight, Winged Boots are one of the top items you should look for to make your dreams come true. Like Hermes, you can skip through the sky as you see fit so long as you’ve had enough rest time to recharge them.
These boots have a unique recharge mechanic; you don’t get any additional time if you don’t leave them inactive for at least 12 hours. Six hours of rest doesn’t give you one hour of flight back.
With four hours of life, it can be a bit challenging to manage exactly how much time you’ve spent, and most groups will find they’re never approaching even two hours of use with these when used for adventuring purposes.
If you fly with these, they will always expend at least 1 minute, meaning even if you’re only airborne for a few rounds in combat, a minute is subtracted from the 240-minute total they have.
