Wand of Secrets 5e
Wand, uncommon
The wand has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges, and if a secret door or trap is within 30 feet of you, the wand pulses and points at the one nearest to you. The wand regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.

If you’re looking for an old-school method for uncovering hidden passageways or lethal pit traps, you could be in the market for a Wand of Secrets. This handy little device can detect some hidden stuff near you, pointing to the closest one!
The Wand doesn’t visually reveal the trap or secret door; it simply points towards the closest one within the area.
Without attunement, items can be passed around the party. Anyone can spend charges from a Wand of Secrets!
There isn’t a visual distinction between a secret door or a trap with the wand- the only way to find out is to search for additional clues to discern which hidden item it has detected.
If there are multiple traps and/or hidden doors within the area, this simply points to the closest one. It won’t alert you to the quantity of detected objects within range.
