Ring of Warmth 5e
Wonderous item (ring), uncommon
While wearing this ring, you have resistance to cold damage. In addition, you and everything you wear and carry are unharmed by temperatures as low as −50 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Ring of Warmth provides some comfy benefits that make traveling in the Arctic a breeze. Going on a journey into the frozen wastes to the north? I’d invest in some of these for the party.
The DMG has rules for Extreme Cold. It states that temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit force creatures to make DC 10 Con saves each hour or suffer a level of exhaustion.
It also states that wearing warm clothes or having resistance or immunity to cold damage prevents the save outright as well. Thus, for this ring to matter, your DM will need to figure out additional ways to add exhaustion or other mechanics to extreme cold.
Cold damage is a fairly common magical damage type; common spells that deal the damage type include Ice Knife, Cone of Cold, and Ray of Frost, all of which this bolsters you against.
