Ring of Jumping 5e
Wonderous item (ring), uncommon
While wearing this ring, you can cast the Jump spell from it as a bonus action at will, but can target only yourself when you do so.

A Ring of Jumping gives you unlimited access to Jump! With it, you’ll be leaping across ravines and onto rooftops with ease. It's a handy little ring, and I definitely recommend brushing up on the following jump rules to help easily understand how it works:
Long Jump. When you make a long jump, you cover a number of feet up to your Strength score if you move at least 10 feet on foot immediately before the jump. When you make a standing long jump, you can leap only half that distance. Either way, each foot you clear on the jump costs a foot of movement.
High Jump. When you make a high jump, you leap into the air a number of feet equal to 3 + your Strength modifier if you move at least 10 feet on foot immediately before the jump. When you make a standing high jump, you can jump only half that distance. Either way, each foot you clear on the jump costs a foot of movement. In some circumstances, your GM might allow you to make a Strength (Athletics) check to jump higher than you normally can.
You can extend your arms half your height above yourself during the jump. Thus, you can reach above you a distance equal to the height of the jump plus 1½ times your height.
The Jump spell triples your jump distance but doesn’t affect your speed. You still can’t ever jump further than you’re capable of moving on your turn, but with a Dash action, you can get more move to use in your jumps!
A character with a Strength score of 10 can cover 30 ft. long gaps with a Dash action and the Jump spell cast on them with a 10 ft. run up. A 15 Strength results in up to 45 feet of vertical distance with a running start and Dash!
Vertically, a character with a Strength of 10 can use Jump to reach a total distance above them equal to 1.5 times their height + 9 feet, usually giving you a way to leap a story up to grab the edge of a single-storied building’s roof. A character with a 16 Strength (and +3 modifier) gets a radically longer distance from this, up to nearly 20 feet, making two-story buildings in the realm of running jumps!
