Restorative Ointment 5e
Wondrous Item, uncommon
This glass jar, 3 inches in diameter, contains 1d4+1 doses of a thick mixture that smells faintly of aloe. The jar and its contents weigh 1/2 pound.
As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8+2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease.

Restorative Ointment (also known as Keogthom’s Ointment), and is one of the best little medicine kits a player could ask for. If you are looking to shake up the kinds of potions and consumables you give to players or seek out as one, why not go with this little jar of Cure Wounds?
The Ointment is consumable, and won’t magically come back after use.
Functionally, this item mixes Lesser Restoration with a 2nd-level Cure Wounds with a +2 Wisdom modifier, making it a fairly efficient resource to use compared to both.
