Potion of Climbing 5e
Potion, common
When you drink this potion, you gain a climbing speed equal to your walking speed for 1 hour. During this time, you have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks you make to climb. The potion is separated into brown, silver, and gray layers resembling bands of stone. Shaking the bottle fails to mix the colors.

Want to climb well? Potions of Climbing can help, but won’t do everything for you! Here are some general rules that apply to Potions of Climbing to keep in mind.
Normal climbing, without a climb speed, just costs 1 extra foot of movement per foot moved.
Climbing slippery vertical surfaces or one with handholds requires a successful Strength (Athletics) check, which this potion assists with.
Some areas will be too sheer to climb, even with a Potion of Climbing. A climb speed doesn’t equate to being able to climb upside, or on sheer vertical surfaces.
