Pearl of Power 5e
Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
While this pearl is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot was of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. Once you use the pearl, it can't be used again until the next dawn.

Pearls of Power are an easy way to expand the total spell resources of any character that can cast spells. If you’re looking for extra 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level slots, this will give you a way to get some extras.
The Pearl of Power can only be used on an expended spell slot, but because it makes a “new” slot, you can go over the typical normal maximum of 3rd-level slots by attempting to regain a 4th-level or higher slot while you have no expended 3rd level slots.
Pact Magic provides spell slots just like spellcasting; both features work with Pearls of Power, regardless of the normal recharge mechanic associated with the feature. This, on characters with Pact Magic, gives them a way to create lower-level spell slots than their Pact Magic spell slots typically use.
