Oil of Slipperiness 5e
Potion, uncommon
This sticky black unguent is thick and heavy in the container, but it flows quickly when poured. The oil can cover a Medium or smaller creature, along with the equipment it's wearing and carrying (one additional vial is required for each size category above Medium). Applying the oil takes 10 minutes. The affected creature then gains the effect of a Freedom of Movement spell for 8 hours.
Alternatively, the oil can be poured on the ground as an action, where it covers a 10-foot square, duplicating the effect of the Grease spell in that area for 8 hours.

Modal potions are fairly rare; usually, a potion does something specific, like heal you, or grant a single spell effect. Oil of Slipperiness has two modes: covering you in slick oils and giving you the Freedom of Movement effect for eight hours, or making a 10 ft. square area under the effect of Grease for eight hours!
The eight-hour duration is eight times longer than a normal Freedom of Movement, and four-hundred and eighty times longer than a normal Grease!
Freedom of Movement takes a whole ten minutes to take effect, where Grease can be created with a single action.
With multiples, creatures can make themselves immune to difficult terrain with the Freedom of Movement effect, mitigating the difficult terrain created by the Grease effect and allowing easy passage.
