Dwarven Plate 5e
Armor (plate), very rare
While wearing this armor, you gain a +2 bonus to AC. In addition, if an effect moves you against your will along the ground, you can use your reaction to reduce the distance you are moved by up to 10 feet.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.

Want to be impossible to hit? You’re probably going to want some Dwarven Plate, then! Dwarves are known to be master craftsmen, and their armor lives up to the expectation.
With the added +2 bonus, a character with Dwarven Plate will have a base AC of 20.
The words “along the ground” reduce the circumstances where the armor’s reaction will come up substantially, as creatures that would knock you up, pick you up, or toss you distances all won’t provide you the opportunity to use the reaction to reduce distance traveled.
Any character can wear Dwarven Plate, not just dwarves.
