Cloak of the Bat 5e
Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
While wearing this cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In an area of dim light or darkness, you can grip the edges of the cloak with both hands and use it to fly at a speed of 40 feet. If you ever fail to grip the cloak's edges while flying in this way, or if you are no longer in dim light or darkness, you lose this flying speed.
While wearing the cloak in an area of dim light or darkness, you can use your action to cast Polymorph on yourself, transforming into a bat. While you are in the form of the bat, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn.

Cloak of the Bat fits a very specific vibe; you want to be vampiric, but classic vampiric. We’re talking more Dracula, less Edward, you know? If you need to embrace your inner bloodsucker, or just love how adorable little fruit bats can be, you should consider getting one of these to fly around the night sky.
Regardless of whether or not you’ve used the Polymorph ability, you maintain advantage on Stealth checks and can use the fly speed in the darkness.
While your intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores remain the same, Polymorph removes your ability to cast other spells or speak normally, making it something to use in a pinch.
While gripping your cloak for the fly speed, your hands will be occupied, meaning you can’t be holding a longbow or other items in those hands while benefiting from the speed.
Shining a light at a creature flying with this will immediately cause them to start falling. Creatures in D&D fall instantaneously, and fall damage can be absolutely devastating. Fly safe!
