Cloak of Displacement 5e
Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
While you wear this cloak, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of your next turn. This property is suppressed while you are incapacitated, restrained, or otherwise unable to move.

Are you tired of creatures hitting you through your 23 AC? You might find a Cloak of Displacement is in order. With this single cloak, you can give enemies disadvantage on their attack rolls against you until you take damage.
While not specified, creatures that see through illusions with True Sight, Blindsight, or other methods of vision may be ruled to be unaffected by this cloak. By rules as written, they have disadvantage on their attack rolls regardless. Your mileage may vary.
Disadvantage on attack rolls paired with a high AC character can be incredibly difficult for some DMs to deal with. Be warned that a paladin or bladesinger wielding one of these cloaks may start to feel close to invincible from attack rolls.
The reset mechanic means you fill suffer at most one round at a time without its benefit. If more attacks are missing than hitting, you’re more likely to be hit even less, making this an effect that is at its best on already hard to hit characters.
