Belt of Giant Strength 5e
Wondrous Item, varies (requires attunement)
While wearing this belt, your Strength score changes to a score granted by the belt. The item has no effect on you if your Strength without the belt is equal to or greater than the belt’s score.
Six varieties of this belt exist, corresponding with and having rarity according to the six kinds of true giants. The belt of stone giant strength and the belt of frost giant strength look different, but they have the same effect.

Belts of Giant Strength do what they say on the tin: they give you the literal strength score of Giants. If you’re in the market to improve your attack modifier above 20, these are some of the easiest ways to achieve that.
The relative strength and rarity of the belts directly correlates to the Forgotten Realms setting Giant lore, specifically the Ordening, or caste system imposed on the various species of giants by their gods.
The Belt of Fire Giant Strength and Storm Giant Strength both have a higher Strength modifier than their competitors at the same rarity. If given a choice for a very rare or legendary item, they’re strictly better than the Frost, Stone, or Cloud options.
You can’t benefit from Ability Score Improvements or other adjustments to your Strength score while wearing these belts. They set your score to a fixed amount, and can’t be above that quantity from miscellaneous modifiers typically.
