Mithral Armor 5e
Armor (medium or heavy, but not hide), uncommon
Mithral is a light, flexible metal. A mithral chain shirt or breastplate can be worn under normal clothes.
If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version of the armor doesn't.

Despite sounding unique, Mithral Armor isn’t that different from mundane armor. Still, it can be a meaningful upgrade for your existing armor to seek out should you have some spare gold you’re looking to spend!
Mithral Armor waves Strength requirements to wear heavy armor. Clerics tend to care about this most, as it’ll open up Splint and Plate to them without them needing to get a 15 Strength.
Alternatively, Paladins and Fighters can benefit from the removal of the Stealth penalties on Plate and Splint Mail that normally impose a disadvantage.
Mithral Armor doesn’t provide a bonus to AC, but counts as magical for effects that care whether or not an item is magical.
