Mariner’s Armor 5e
Armor, uncommon
This magical armor is decorated with motifs of fish and shells. While wearing Mariner’s Armor, you gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed. Also, if you ever start your turn underwater with 0 hit points, the armor causes you to rise 60 feet towards the surface.

I have a soft spot for nautical campaigns; playing Dungeons & Dragons in a 3D space where everyone can explore in all directions around them is a blast. Mariner’s Armor contributes to that style of play, and is one of the first magic item’s I’d give out to players looking to explore the ocean depths!
Having a swim speed equal to your walking speed scales with abilities that improve your walking speed, such as Unarmored Movement and Fast Movement.
In underwater combat, having a swim speed enables certain weapons to work effectively where they’d otherwise be hampered.
Being unconscious underwater often is a death sentence; floating to the surface at this speed can save you, but only if you can get there before you fail three death saves!
