Holy Avenger 5e
Weapon (any sword), legendary (requires attunement by a Paladin)
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit a fiend or an undead with it, that creature takes an extra 2d10 radiant damage.
While you hold the drawn sword, it creates an aura in a 10-foot radius around you. You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. If you have 17 or more levels in the paladin class, the radius of the aura increases to 30 feet.

If you’ve been playing the undead-smiting radiant bastion Paladin archetype, you couldn’t ask for a better legendary item than a Holy Avenger.
The bonus 2d10 radiant damage against undead is dealt by the weapon, meaning its doubled when you score a critical hit with that weapon.
The sword’s aura mirrors your paladin auras, and stacks with your Aura of Protection, functionally making you a saving throw bulwark.
Non-paladins typically can’t attune to this item; a 13th-level or higher Thief Rogue is an exception with their Use Magic Device feature.
Swords generally are shortswords, greatswords, and longswords- they can be extend to include rapiers, daggers, and other piercing or slashing weapons depending on your DM.
