Wondrous Item, rare (helm), requires attunement
This helm has 3 charges. While wearing it, you can use an action and expend 1 charge to cast the Teleport spell from it. The helm regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn.

There are few items as wonderful to play with as a Helm of Teleportation; go where you want, when you want, up to three times per day. What’s not to love?
Teleport is long, but the gist of it is you and up to eight other willing creatures to somewhere you want, or close to it
Having an object associated with where you want to go removes chances of failing to arrive on target
The less familiar with the area you are, the more likely you’ll get a mishap or area similar, yet not necessarily close, to your intended target
If you try to teleport to a destination that does not exist, half the time you’ll end up somewhere similar to your description or understanding of it, and the other half the time you, and each other teleporting creature take 3d10 force damage, then roll again!
